How does check-in work?

Check-in opens 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Both you and your captain check in on web or in the Chartrr app to confirm attendance — mobile is easier at the dock since it uses your device's location. If either party doesn't show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled departure, a no-show report can be filed.
