How does the cancellation policy work?

Every charter on Chartrr uses the same standard policy, locked in when you book: cancel 7 or more days before the trip and the charter price is refunded (the service fee is non-refundable — it covers payment processing and booking protection); cancel within 7 days but more than 24 hours before departure and a refund is at the captain's discretion; cancel within 24 hours of departure and no refund applies. If the captain cancels for any reason, you always receive a full refund including the service fee.
