What cancellation policy applies to my trips?

All Chartrr charters use one platform-standard policy, so anglers always know what to expect: anglers get the charter price refunded if they cancel 7+ days out, cancellations inside 7 days (but more than 24 hours before departure) are at your discretion, and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable — you keep the full charter price. If you cancel, the angler always receives a full refund.
