When do I receive my payout?

Your charter price is released to your Stripe balance 24 hours after the trip ends, once no no-show has been reported. New captains have 20% held in reserve for 14 days; that drops to 10% for 7 days as you complete more trips. If you haven't connected Stripe yet, completed trips wait for you and are released the moment your account is live. Standard bank payouts take 2–3 business days; instant payouts are available on every plan.
